Creator program terms

The deal, written down.

What we give you, what you earn, how you are paid, and what either of us can do about it. Written to be read once and understood.

Effective September 2, 2026 · REFUSE is a trading name of [[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]]

1. What this is

These terms cover the REFUSE creator program, run by [[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]]. In this document "we" and "us" means [[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]], and "you" means the creator taking part. They apply from the moment you claim a box, accept a code, or use a link we issued you, whichever happens first.

You are independent, and this is not a job. Nothing here creates employment, agency, a partnership or a joint venture between us. You are not our representative, you cannot enter into anything on our behalf or speak for us, and you are responsible for your own taxes and your own costs. We do not set your hours, your schedule or what you make.

It is not exclusive, in either direction. You can work with any other brand, including one that sells creatine, and we work with plenty of other creators. Nothing in here asks you to stop doing anything.

You must be 18 or older to take part, to receive product from us or to be paid by us. You confirm your age at whichever door you came through, the claim page or the sign-up form, and we take that confirmation at face value.

2. Saying that it is an ad

Every post has to disclose the connection, clearly, in the post itself. "#ad", "#gifted", or "REFUSEsent me this" all do the job. It has to be visible without expanding a caption, opening a comment thread or tapping through anything. This applies to every post, story or video that mentions us, shows the product, uses your code or uses your link, whether or not you earned anything from it.

This is the FTC's rule, not ours. It applies because we gave you product and because we can pay you, and both of those are a material connection. If the platform has its own paid partnership label, using it as well is good. Using only a label that is easy to miss is not enough on its own.

There are things a supplement cannot say, and they will cause you more trouble than they cause us. Do not say the product treats, cures or prevents any condition, do not say it causes weight loss, and do not say it is FDA approved, because supplements are not. Talking about what is in it and what your own experience of it was is fine and is what we actually want.

We do not approve your posts and do not want to. What you say is yours, including if what you think is that it is not for you. If a disclosure is missing we will ask you to add it or take the post down, and if that keeps happening we can end the arrangement under section 10.

3. The box

It is a gift. No purchase is necessary, and there is no posting requirement. You pay nothing, including shipping, and you keep the box whether you post about it or never mention us again. Nothing we owe you is conditional on you making content.

One box per creator, while we have stock to send. We choose what goes in it, and the flavor you pick when you claim is the one we reserve for you. We ship to the address you give us and it is worth keeping that address current with us, because a box sent to an address you gave us is not one we can send again.

We do not promise a delivery date. The product is not manufactured yet. We will tell you what we know as we know it, and we would rather say nothing about a ship date than say something we have to walk back.

We can change or end the gift offer at any time, including running out of it. If we do, a claim we have already accepted still ships.

4. Your code and your link

The code is issued to you and it is yours to keep. It is named after you, it does not expire, and we do not take it back if you stop posting. Your tracked link is the same: it is ours to run and yours to use, and it works from the moment you have it.

Your code unlocks a free gift, 8 stick packs, with any purchase. It is not money off the price, and it does not depend on what they buy or how much they spend. We can change what the code offers, and a change like that applies to orders placed after it, never to orders already placed. A code may not combine with every other offer in the store, and where it does not, the store decides which one applies.

Share it anywhere you actually reach people. Post it, put it in a bio, read it out on camera, send it to a group chat. The one thing we ask you not to do is publish it to a coupon aggregator, a deal site or a browser extension feed, because those hand your code to people you never reached and cost us the margin the whole program is paid out of.

The coupon carries reasonable use limits. There is a limit on how many times it can be redeemed in total, set when the code is created. A customer can normally use it once. These are controls on the coupon and not judgements about you. Nothing about them withholds money, we watch how close each code is getting to its limit, and raising one for you is a single click at our end. Ask us and we will raise it.

If a code is published somewhere it should not be, or is used in a way this section does not allow, we may limit it, replace it with a new one or withdraw it. We will tell you if we do, and we will not change a code that is already out in the world without saying so first.

Sometimes we will offer you an extra code, on top of your own. A campaign is a bigger discount for a shorter run, offered to some creators and not others, and being invited into one is not something you have to do anything about. If we invite you, the extra code appears in your kit beside your own, with its discount and the date it finishes.

An extra code is temporary, and it is the only thing that ends. It stops working on the date shown, in the shop itself, and after that it simply will not apply at checkout. Your own code is not affected by any of it. It carries on unlocking the free gift, it does not expire, and nothing about a campaign starting, finishing, or being ended early changes it. We can also end a campaign early, and if we do, the same sentence still holds: the extra code stops and yours does not.

You earn on an extra code exactly as you do on your own, which is $20 per new customer unless we tell you otherwise for that campaign, and we will tell you before you have the code rather than afterwards. What a sale earns is fixed when the sale lands, under section 5, so a campaign finishing or changing never alters what an order has already earned you, and money you earned on a campaign code is paid on the same schedule as everything else.

5. What you earn

You earn $20 per new customer. It is a flat amount and it does not depend on what they spent, so a small order and a large one are worth the same to you.

New customers only. If somebody who has bought from us before uses your code, you earn nothing on that order. That is not a penalty and it is not a technicality: the program exists to pay for customers we did not have, and a repeat buyer is one we already had. Their discount still works.

A sale is yours when your code is used on the order, or when the order comes through your tracked link. The link credits you on its own, whether or not the customer ever types the code. It also applies your discount for them automatically once your code is live in the store, and where it is not yet, the link still sends them to the shop and still credits you. Orders we send you for the gift itself, our own test orders, and cancelled orders are never counted.

Your own orders do not earn. If you buy on your own code, the order is recorded at nothing. Your discount still works, and this is written here rather than applied quietly, because finding it in a number that did not move is a much worse way to learn it.

What you earn on a sale is fixed when the sale lands, at the rate the program was paying that day and at your level that day. Nothing recalculates it later. If we raise what the program pays, the raise applies from your next sale.

10 sales on your code earns a permanent raise to $25 per new customer. We review who has cleared that bar and move them up, and from that point on it applies to every new sale. Like every other change to a rate, it applies going forward and does not reprice sales already recorded.

6. The bonus

$100, once, for reaching 10 sales on your code. It is a single payment and not a rate change, it is on top of what those sales already earned you, and it is not repeatable.

Sales that were refunded or cancelled do not count towards it. We send the bonus ourselves rather than through the monthly run, so it may not arrive on the same day as the rest of your money.

7. When money becomes payable

A sale becomes payable 30 days after the order. That is the return window. We wait it out so that a refund shows up before the money moves rather than after, which is the only version of this where nobody has to ask anybody for money back.

It is a delay and it is never a deduction. The amount is yours from the moment the sale is recorded, nothing is taken off it for the wait, and your kit shows the date each held amount clears.

A cancelled order, or one refunded in full, reverses. If it happens inside that window, the commission comes off your balance before it is ever paid. If it happens after we have already paid you, we do not ask for it back.

A partial refund does not. If a customer gets some of an order back, a courtesy credit, the shipping, or one item out of several, your commission stands in full. You are paid a flat amount for introducing somebody who had never bought from us, and part of an order coming back does not undo the introduction. We record what came back and we leave your money alone.

8. How you are paid

We pay through PayPal, and it reaches Venmo. You choose which in your kit and give us the address or handle to send it to. Venmo is available in the United States only. We pay in US dollars.

Payouts go out on the 5th of each month and cover everything that has matured by then under section 7. Anything recorded after a run goes out on the next one.

We need a payout address on file to pay you. Without one, nothing is lost and nothing is forfeited: your balance sits there and goes out on the next run after you add one. The address you give us is the one we use, and getting it right is on you.

If PayPal cannot find an account at the address you gave us, it holds the payment for about 30 days, tries to reach you, and then returns it to us. That money is still yours. Fix the address and it goes out again on the next run.

9. Tax

If we pay you more than $1,000 in a calendar year, we have to issue you a 1099, and we cannot do that without a W-9 from you first. So we ask for one before the payment that would take you over the line, not in January afterwards.

That payment waits until the form arrives. It is the only thing in this program that holds money, it holds only the payment that crosses the line, and it releases the moment we have the form. You can upload it in your kit or reply to the email we send with it attached. If you never get near $1,000, none of this ever comes up.

We never store your tax identification number. Not your SSN, not an EIN, not in any field of this application. We record that a form was received and we keep the document you sent us in private storage. Nothing in the app reads a number off it and nothing computes anything from one.

You are responsible for your own taxes on anything you earn here. We are not able to give you tax advice, and nothing on this page is any.

10. Ending it

Either of us can stop at any time, and neither of us has to give a reason. You can simply stop posting, or tell us and we will close it properly. You do not have to take anything down.

Money you have already earned stays yours. It goes out on the next run the same as it would have, once it has matured, once there is a payout address on file, and once the tax section is satisfied if it applies. Ending the arrangement does not cancel a balance and it does not take back a box.

We can remove somebody for fraud, and here is honestly what that means. We look at a small number of signals: orders arriving with no matching traffic on the creator's link, which is what a code posted to a deal site looks like; unusual order volume on one code; orders where the buyer appears to be the creator; and a code approaching its redemption limit. Every one of those has a completely innocent explanation, and a genuinely viral post and a leaked code look identical for the first day.

So none of it is decided by software. Nothing is blocked, voided or deducted automatically, and a creator on that list keeps their code, their balance and their place in the program while somebody looks. If we think something is wrong we will tell you what we saw and give you a chance to explain before anything is withheld. Where we conclude orders were obtained fraudulently, we may decline to pay for those orders and end the arrangement.

One thing in that list is decided automatically, and it is not a fraud decision. When an order is placed from the email address we hold for you, it is recorded at nothing, automatically, because section 5 says your own orders do not earn. That is a published rule about what earns, applied to an exact match on one field, and you were told it before you had a code. Everything else above, including anything that merely looks like you, is a person looking.

11. Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. When we change something that matters to you, we post the new version here with a new effective date and email you at the address we have for you. Small corrections, a clearer sentence or a fixed typo, go up without an email.

The current version is always the one on this page, and it says at the top when it took effect. If you carry on using your code or your link after a change, it applies to you. If you would rather not, section 10 is how you stop, and it costs you nothing you have already earned.

12. Governing law, and reaching us

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them still stand.
